Projecting the Costs of Flood Damage on the Housing Market

As climate changes continues to occur and flood damage to U.S. homes on the rise, the Congressional Budget Office has issued a report on the impact of these changes on homeowners with mortgages protected by the GSEs, or backed by the FHA or VA.
