Pandemic Policies Reduced Eviction Filings by Nearly 60%

According to a new report from The Eviction Lab, COVID-era policies cut eviction filings by more than half, including resources like eviction moratoria to prevent immediate displacement, stimulus payments, expanded unemployment insurance, and emergency rental assistance.
