Mortgage Rate-Lock Tipping Point Hits 5% Threshold

The mortgage rate tipping point that has been identified as the rate which will allow homeowners to move has advanced above 5%, as a Zillow report found those above this rate nearly twice as likely to plan to sell their home than those with a rate below 5%.
