Case-Shiller Reports 2% Gain in February

The latest S&P Dow Jones and CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indices revealed a modest increase in the components of the reports in February, despite eight of the 20 major metropolitan areas analyzed experiencing a significant decrease in prices.
