Classic Mortgage Services started as a small family business in 1989 and was founded by Bill and Melanie Etsell. With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Bill is a licensed electrical contractor and HVAC recovery technician. Both he and his wife, Melanie, have 27 years of experience in property preservation. Melanie is the co-founder and VP of Order Processing for Classic Mortgage Services.
Their son, Ryan, joined the company after completing his Bachelors of Science in Information Technology in 2007. Ryan is a licensed roofing contractor, licensed lead paint tester and a licensed electrical apprentice in the state of Oklahoma. With over 17 years of experience in property preservation, he currently holds the title of Director of Operations and Chief Information Officer for Classic Mortgage Services.
What started in 1989 as a small husband and wife team who originally used Polaroid photos taped to paper to mail to clients, is now a thriving company with over 50 full time contractors and employees around central Oklahoma. Don’t worry, Classic Mortgage Services has evolved completely into the digital age by running private servers that host over 10 million digital photos today and counting.
