FHA’s Serious Delinquency Rate Returns to Pre-Pandemic Levels

In its Annual Report to Congress for fiscal year 2023, the FHA details the work of its single-family mortgage insurance programs in fiscal year 2023, as the FHA’s serious delinquency rate dropped to under 4%, marking a significant reduction of 7.97 percentage points from its peak point in November 2020.
