Annual U.S. Rent Growth Continued to Ease in May

While concerns surrounding affordability and economic uncertainty continue to slow overall homebuying activity, a new report from CoreLogic showed annual single-family rent growth returned to the pre-pandemic rate in May; however, rents are projected to continue to rise throughout the remainder of 2023.
