Cities with a lower cost of living outside of major metro areas are growing in interest, as there have been significant changes in the population distribution of the U.S. over the last three years, according to a new report from Gravy Analytics. Due to the increased cost of living and evolving work trends, Americans are now moving to smaller cities with lower median home values.
